The base salary for this role ranges between $67,440 and $92,730, with eligibility for an incentive target of 5% contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Track, analyze, and report on supplier performance metrics, ensuring timely and actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
Collect, analyze, and interpret supplier data (e.g., delivery times, quality scores, compliance) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Support the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring accurate documentation and seamless integration into relevant systems.
