This is a hybrid role requiring 1 day/week in-office
Role Summary
The Supplier Relationship Manager will oversee vendor contracts, relationships, and performance for BMO’s technology partners. Reporting to the CIO and LTO, this role ensures vendors meet service, cost, and compliance expectations while supporting Commercial Banking initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage technology vendor contracts and partnerships
Lead contract negotiations and resolve disputes
Support onboarding and risk assessments of new suppliers
Ensure compliance with third-party risk and procurement policies
Provide financial forecasting, tracking, and budget validation
