Primary role of Manager Quality Program Management is 1) Responsible to Lead ,Support and Guide team of Quality Program Management Engineers for flawless, accurate and on time completion of projects for Eaton Business groups. 2) Lead a team with focus on related quality activities inline with Prolaunch, ESSP/APQP approach to achieve project deliverables for customers and business. 3) Take lead in expansion, implementation and standardization of the process to all Group/sites in coordination with Cross functional Team - Corporate Supplier Quality PM, Global SQE,SDE, CM and SCM from Business, Global Program Management ,Resiliency Team and Suppliers through transition process 4) Deploy the strategies driven by Global SDQ organization for project execution and governance.
