Development of continuous project improvement and innovations, including KPI´s creation and monitoring
Lead a team to provide high-quality service to internal and external customers
Coach and mentor team members to improve their knowledge, skills, and performance

If appropriate, manage 3rd‑party logistics service provider relationships effectively and drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives for warehousing and delivery operations
