Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support a team in the construction of wall panels, frames, and components using nail guns, saws, staplers, and measuring tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, cut sheets, and work orders to ensure accurate production
• Coordinate workflow, material layout, and job sequencing to meet production targets
• Ensure all products meet structural and quality standards through ongoing inspection
• Troubleshoot issues on the line and provide solutions to maintain efficiency
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and enforce all safety policies
• Assist with hands‑on production as required
• Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding production goals and performance
