Report to Senior Supervisor for the development and execution of staff training programme and warehouse safety standards in Hacis to meet the changing operational needs
Work with Operational team, Learning and Development department and related parties to plan, develop and conduct staff training programmes
Collaborate with Safety, Sustainability & Quality Assurance team to plan and develop warehouse safety standards aligning to industry standard
Monitor and ensure operational team's general performance aligns with safety standards, address potential problems and propose suggested solutions
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
3 years’ work experience in aviation industry, preferably with supervisory experience
F.5 or above
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
