Supervisor, Revenue Accounting – Role Overview

Supervisor, Revenue Accounting is accountable to the Divisional Controller for the timely and accurate completion of various accounting activities for an assigned portfolio and for ensuring financial reporting is timely, accurate, and completed in compliance with the company's accounting policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Banking & Deposit Management

• Set up and manage bank transfers across multiple funds
• Investigate and resolve bank deposit discrepancies, including teller errors and site team deposit errors
• Verify and manage new bank accounts, communicate updates to internal teams, operations, and external agencies

Charges, Collections & PAD Controls

• Posting and ensuring posting of all tenant related recurring charges in Yardi
