Reporting to the Production Manager within the remit of the Plant Manager, the Production Supervisor will coordinate multiple teams under general direction and focus on Total Production Efficiency (TPE). The role involves planning, executing, monitoring, and improving key component manufacturing and associated customer‑facing processes. The position requires strong background in production supervision, quality, performance management, employee relations, recruitment & selection, and health & safety.
