Where Work Meets Adventure
Under the direction of the Manager of Early Years, Youth and Community Programs, the Supervisor of the Indigenous Child and Family Centre provides leadership grounded in Indigenous ways of knowing, being, and doing. The Supervisor is responsible for fostering a culturally grounded, relationship-based environment where children, families, and community members are supported in their holistic development - spiritually, emotionally, physically, and mentally.
This role ensures that programs are community-driven, culturally rooted, and responsive to the strengths and needs of Indigenous families, while aligning with relevant legislation and funder requirements. The Supervisor supports families in strengthening identity, connection, and belonging, and plays a key role in weaving together culture, community, and service delivery.
