Required

to complete all agency training as outlined in all Policy and Procedures.

Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. 

Computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, and relevant data collection platforms.

Knowledge of principles, methods, practices, related to Quality Assurance Measures.

Ability to perform in a pressure environment, with frequent interruptions and short deadlines. 

Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. 

Ability to maintain a professional appearance and positive company image.

Possession of a valid Ontario class “G” driver’s licence.
