As a Full Time Supervisor, you will be the first face of the Carter’s brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, help families explore our baby essentials, and support the brand’s values of welcoming, inclusivity, and growth. This role focuses on leadership, customer service, and team development within a retail environment.

What You’ll Do

• Become a product and brand expert of our brands to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits
