Overview

Glowing Growth Autism Services offers behavioural and educational services to families and children affected by autism. Our approach is founded on the evidence-based practices of Applied Behavior Analysis. We aim to reduce challenging behaviors that interfere the day-to-day functioning of the child and the family, and teach meaningful skills across a variety of developmental areas, including language and communication, social, self-help, motor, cognitive, play skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with ASD
• Implement programs developed by the program supervisor
• Work independently in a 1:1 setting or in a small group setting
• Report directly to the clinical director and the program supervisor
• Communicate with parents and team members regularly
