You are a seasoned Superintendent with 7+ years of field operations experience on multi-disciplinary, large-scale construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth, day-to-day management of field activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will develop and implement project plans and schedules, uphold company safety and quality programs, and direct the work of field staff, contractors, and trades.
Working independently with minimal guidance, you will serve as a resource for less-experienced team members while supporting the successful execution of project goals and contributing to the organization’s long-term success.
