Program Structure & Duration

This is a results-driven Talent Development Program of up to 12 months in duration. Participants in each stream engage in hands‑on assignments across credit, risk, and business development disciplines, cultivating expertise, leadership confidence, and professional judgment. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be placed into a full‑time position, with the potential for career advancement into senior roles.
