What will you do?
Career Advising
Acts as a resource to the Career Advisors and Employment Placement Specialists (EPS) to provide coaching for clients who demonstrate a need for career development, job target identification, and pre‑employment skills
Coordinates career coaching sessions (in collaboration with the Career Advisors) to identify gaps and create action plans
As needed, delivers orientation to program services (i.e. workshops, essential skills services, other self‑directed and directed services) and refers to other or complimentary services within Prospect
