Summer School – Whitehorse

Position: Summer School Educational Assistant – ½ days

Start Date: June 22nd, 2026

End Date: July 17th, 2026

Assignment: English, Math or Science

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join the Summer School team. This position provides the opportunity to teach diverse mixed‑grade or mixed‑course classes in small groups during four weeks of half‑day sessions, tailoring lessons to each student’s needs, frequently evaluating and reporting on their progress.

Essential Qualifications

• Grade 12 graduation or equivalent;
• Experience working with youth at a secondary school level;
• Post‑secondary training in Exceptionalities Worker Program, Special Education, Teacher Education, Early Childhood Education, Social Services or Medical Services would be an asset
