Become a vital part of our manufacturing team as a Summer Production Associate. This role focuses on assembly, quality checks, and effective teamwork in a dynamic environment.
We are seeking current full or part-time students, 18 years or older, to join our production team. Strong English communication skills and some manufacturing experience are preferred. Flexibility with hours and the ability to stand for 8-hour shifts are essential to meeting our production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble products according to Standard Work Instructions
• Perform quality checks and maintain product standards
• Load and unload items from machinery and conveyances
• Monitor equipment for operational issues and report malfunctions
• Clean and maintain work areas for safety and efficiency
