EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Prepares food for students and staff. Serves food and responsible for cleanup following meal times. Records transactions on computer. Assists in balancing money each day. Must be able to work under heat and stress conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for long periods of time.
This will be a 2 hour position working 10:30am -12:30pm or 11:00am-1:00pm depending on location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned by the Manager.
+ Unload food and supplies from the truck and put items away in the appropriate storage units. Handle hot/cold food items properly, maintaining temperatures according to HAACP guidelines.
