Job Description
Assists in the preparation and assembly of food items according to standardized recipes and proper instructions for the regular and alternate menus.
Sets up and maintains the quantity and quality of food on the serving line. Serves food to the students and staff in the appropriate portions and manner.
Assists with baking, mixing, and stirring activities to prepare food items for the meal service. Lifts as necessary to accommodate preparation.
Performs clean up activities as prescribed for meeting sanitation standards. Returns items to the appropriate storage area in the proper containers.
