Be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and awarding Subcontracts for Marine Sector, ranging from Technical Services, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and more.
Evaluate opportunities to utilise and establish Standing Offer Agreements or other procurement mechanisms to facilitate efficient contracting and delivery.
Work in collaboration with Project Managers to develop Work Packages, Statements of Work (SOW), Supplier Performance Measures and managing workflows through the approval process.
Analyse supplier proposals, utilise source selection techniques (best value, total cost of ownership, etc.), establish negotiation and identify supplier risks/opportunities.
Provide updates for weekly Subcontract meetings.
