**Qualifications**
**Eligibility**
Have a parent or legal guardian that is an 1199SEIU Mount Sinai Health System employee covered by the 1199SEIU Child Care Corporation.
Be a rising high school sophomore, junior, or senior with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
Submit an application along with the following items:
+ Most recent high school transcript + List of relevant completed course work + Description of any extracurricular activities, particularly those related to healthcare or community service + Personal statement expressing an interest in and passion for the nursing profession, as well as any relevant coursework + One letter of recommendation from a teacher, counselor, or community leader
