Arcadis is hiring a Technical Director, Structures to focus on Ministry of Transportation Ontario projects. This role is central to managing bridge and structural engineering deliverables while working alongside geotechnical and roadway disciplines. You will ensure compliance, quality, and risk management in all projects, guiding both technical direction and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead bridge engineering projects for MTO compliance
• Implement safety and quality governance strategies
• Coach and mentor engineering professionals
• Develop and manage project solution strategies
• Establish effective multi-disciplinary project collaborations
Requirements:
• 15–20+ years of consulting experience in MTO projects
• Registered P.Eng in Ontario
