Lead and manage structural engineering projects for bridges and transportation infrastructure. Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative and compliant solutions across Ontario. Responsibilities
Lead a structural design team across multiple bridge and transportation projects. Apply advanced engineering techniques and tools to solve complex challenges. Direct, coach, support, and guide engineers and technicians on projects. Advise management and collaborate with other disciplines. Prepare proposals and participate in business development, including publications and conferences. Develop structural designs, evaluations, and contract packages for the Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) and key clients such as MTO, Metrolinx, Municipalities, and TTC.
