ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

The Live Operations Team at ViX is seeking a Streaming Media Analyst to support live streaming operations across sports and entertainment content, with a strong focus on soccer.

This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of live streaming operations, including live event scheduling, monitoring, incident escalation, troubleshooting, and operational documentation. The Streaming Media Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring a high-quality viewing experience across ViX, TelevisaUnivision, and third-party distribution platforms.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Content Operations, and external vendors to support live event execution and resolve operational issues in real time.
