Key Responsibilities
Product Research & Formula Analysis:
Customer Insight Research: Understand target customers by analyzing reviews, feedback, behavior, and needs. Identify pain points and develop ideas to improve products and messaging.
Competitive & Brand Research: Study competitor brands—pricing, packaging, positioning, marketing tactics, and sales channels. Analyse their strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities we can leverage.
Marketing & Trend Research: Identify what's working across digital platforms, influencer trends, buyer behaviour, and branding techniques relevant to our niche.
