Niantic is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team in Mexico City on a hybrid basis, working 3 days a week from the hub. In this role, you will conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis while ensuring competitive and compliant pay practices.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of compensation experience, advanced quantitative skills, and proficiency in Excel and HRIS tools. You will also present analytical insights and partner closely with business leaders in a dynamic environment.
