To complete all stewarding tasks as assigned and maintain the highest level of Fairmont Hotels. To keep all immediate work areas clean and free from debris while adhering to all health and safety procedures of the hotel and kitchen.
To operate, clean, and general maintenance of all machinery and heavy duty equipment within the department including the dishwashing machine, and soaking tanks
To set up and organize the dish room areas and keep free from hazards and debris
General dishwashing and cleaning duties
Prepare coffee for banquets when required
Follow all health and safety rules as outlined by the department and the hotel
Ensures that all ECOSURE standards and processes are completed on a daily basis in his or her area of the department, this includes but isn’t limited to filling out daily dishwasher/ pot washer temperature logs
