How you will contribute
You will:
Provide leadership and strategic guidance to the accounting team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of financial processes and procedures;
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in accordance with local accounting standards, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance;
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals, to maintain accurate financial records;
Stay abreast of changes in accounting and tax regulations in Kazakhstan and ensure necessary updates and adaptations to internal policies and procedures;
