This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and effective financial administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Administration

• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments


• Record cash receipts and prepare bank deposits


• Perform monthly bank and cashbook reconciliations


• Administer petty cash, EFT, and cheque payments


• Maintain an accurate and orderly accounting filing system


• Capture expenses and sales data for monthly GP and budget reports


• Provide financial and administrative support to management
