Internship – COOP Supervisor
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Manage employees in a unionized environment by working closely with the supervisor, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, assigning tasks, acting as a resource person for the department, and applying the rules of the collective agreement.
Act as an agent of prevention and compliance with occupational health and safety rules.
Take charge and deploy strategies to reduce non‑quality.
Lead projects (layout, health and safety, environment, productivity, etc.) enabling continuous improvement of the department.
What You Need to Be Successful
Be eligible to work in Canada.
Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
