About the Opportunity We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our Ascend Specialty domain. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role where you will help shape the architecture, improve engineering practices, and modernize key parts of our platform.

You will partner closely with the Engineering Manager and Director of Engineering to turn technical strategy into scalable, production‑ready systems. This role is ideal for an engineer who leads by example, enjoys solving complex architectural challenges, and is passionate about modern engineering practices, including AI‑assisted development.

Availability This is a hybrid role, with one to two days in office, to facilitate brainstorming and team building. Our office is located across from Guildford Mall, in Surrey, BC.
