Dropbox is looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead design for CompanyOS within the New Initiatives Org. CompanyOS is an AI‑native operating system for work that Dropbox uses internally to plan, execute, and measure the most critical initiatives happening across the company.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to operate as the design owner of a 0 → 1 product, partnering directly with OCEO (Office of the CEO), product, and engineering to turn ambiguous problems into clear, intuitive workflows that deliver real impact for Dropboxers.
