The Staff Estimator will be responsible for performing FEL 1, 2 and 3 estimates, participating in the development of EPC and bid check estimates for Midstream projects (emphasis on renewable gas plants and compressor stations). This position will develop accurate bottom-up estimates credible and professionally while minimizing risk to the company.
+ Develop factored and bottoms up FEL 1, 2 and 3 (conceptual, feasibility and budget authorization) estimates for pipeline facility projects, and in particular renewable gas plants and compressor stations.
+ Develop estimate schedules to manage workload and ensure timely completion of estimates.
+ Review RFP and engineering documents for gaps and overlaps in scope of work.
+ Responsible for detail documentation of quantity take offs and constructability analysis.
+ Responsible for the accuracy and validity of estimate clarifications and assumptions.
