Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and cash receipts accurately and on time.
• Support resident billing, adjustments, and refunds.
• Manage resident trust account transactions and reconciliations.
• Assist with AR and AP aging reports, reconciliations, and month-end tasks.
• Collaborate with a supportive accounting team and gain hands-on experience across multiple functions.
