You manage technical and scientific professionals responsible for initiation and execution of programs. This is a leadership role in cross-functional teams and regularly interacts with RDQ and cross-functional senior management.
**How you will contribute**
In the Global Portion of the role, you will support the Global SSMT Leader in the preparation of meetings, perform data and trend analysis, data insights for senior stakeholders, the generation of robust RCA’s, improving the dissemination of lessons learned and action plans post incidents, and the close out of issues. You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the Global SSMT BU Community of Practice, Regional SSMT CoP, prepare all SSMT meetings (Global and Core Teams) throughout the year and aligning the content with Global Leader and Coordinators.
