Reporting to the AVP of Supply Chain Technology, you'll manage incident response, monitoring best practices, and SRE initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with product teams to establish Service Level Objectives and maintain system reliability through automation and strategic oversight. You will work with various stakeholders to foster operational excellence and achieve high performance.
Key Responsibilities: • Define SRE strategies and best practices for system reliability • Oversee incident management and response processes • Implement monitoring and alerting best practices • Collaborate with teams to set appropriate SLOs and SLIs • Track performance and progress of SRE initiatives
