- Enable Business Growth: Partner with leaders to anticipate talent needs and design hiring strategies that connect the right people to critical priorities.
- Guide Leaders: Coach hiring managers in interviewing, decision-making, and building inclusive teams.
- Use Data to Drive Decisions: Monitor and share insights on recruiting metrics, talent trends, and workforce availability.
- Develop the Function: Mentor peers, improve processes, and help scale best practices across the Talent Acquisition team.
