Develop and implement the regional total talent strategy, including permanent, contingent, and early talent programs.
Roll out operational talent processes tailored to local and regional needs.
Partner with regional stakeholders and HR leaders to deliver a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
Lead and govern third‑party partners supporting talent acquisition activities.
Use data and insights to shape the hiring agenda and contribute to global talent strategy.
Coach and develop a team of talent professionals (combination of direct reports and 3rd‑party resources) to support hiring across two regions, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Experience in HR or Talent Acquisition, leading at least America Latina, including partnering with senior stakeholders up to the executive level.
