Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator – SAP SuccessFactors
Position Summary The LMS Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, compliance, and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). This role ensures the LMS operates effectively within a validated (GxP) environment and remains compliant with regulatory requirements, including 21 CFR Part 11 and applicable global quality standards.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience administering SAP SuccessFactors Learning, supporting validated systems, and partnering with Quality, IT, and business stakeholders to maintain system integrity, audit readiness, and operational excellence.
