Develop, deliver, manage and promote Global & Regional Development Programs
Plan, prepare and support deployment of Regional Development Programs, including the Facilitation of Key Leadership Development Programs.
Ensure strategic alignment with regional stakeholders on Leadership development related topics.
Consult and coach key Talents and Leaders regarding their individual development activities and career development.
Consult and coach business stakeholders regarding team or leadership development needs and activities
Review and continuously improve existing Regional Development Programs and their content in cooperation with relevant stakeholders and in alignment with the Global Development Standards.
Monitor and analyze Regional Development KPI and derive corrective measures in close cooperation with the Talent Management teams.
