Our Client, a large Investment Bank, is urgently looking to hire a Sr. Scrum Master .

Location: Toronto, ON

Hybrid: 4 days in office

Contract to hire after 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions to ensure alignment across Agile teams and stakeholders.
• Support the team in achieving the PI or sprint goals and remove any impediments that hinder progress.
• Promote collaboration among cross‑functional team members, including developers, business analysts, UX designers, and architects.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well‑defined, prioritized, and meets the definition of ready.
