The Sales T&D Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new and promoted employees have a smooth and successful transition into the organization.

• Develop and deliver the onboarding program for new employees and newly promoted employees, ensuring seamless integration into the company and into a new role
