Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. Release Train Engineer - SAFe/Credit Card. This position offers an opportunity to lead strategic initiatives within a dynamic credit card project, supporting a major new launch and portfolio conversion. The role involves facilitating complex Agile processes, coordinating across multiple teams, and ensuring successful delivery of high-value features.
Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) processes, including PI Planning, System Demos, and Pre- and Post-PI Planning meetings.
Coordinate feature deployment considering dependencies, architecture, and order.
Manage and optimize the flow of value through ARTs using tools like Kanban.
Escalate impediments, manage risks, and support continuous improvement efforts.
