**Primary Purpose of this Position:**
The Senior Functional Analyst serves as the subject-matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules. The role partners with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions. This includes optimizing configuration, supporting integrations, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and driving continuous improvement of the recruiting and onboarding technology landscape.
