Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Sr QA Analyst to join a top insurance client on a 3 month contract. This resource you will be partnering with leadership to shape processes, build documentation, and design dashboards using tools like Jira and ServiceNow. This role is a 50/50 split between guiding team members through QA processes and hands-on testing (currently manual, with a roadmap toward automation).
