Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Sr QA Tester/Lead to join a leading Courier and Logistics company in Mississauga. This role is remote, but requires occasional visits to Mississauga headquarters for project meetings.
We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on, and experienced Senior QA Tester who can also lead QA activities for the Enterprise Service Directory (ESD) project. This role requires a strong combination of QA leadership, automation expertise, manual testing experience, enterprise integration testing, database validation, API testing, UI testing, and cross-team coordination.
The ideal candidate must be able to work independently while also coordinating QA efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders. The candidate should be a go-getter, highly accountable, organized, proactive, and capable of handling complex integrations, fast-paced delivery environments, and challenging situations professionally.
