APPLY is hybrid/remote‑friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America, preferably working in hours that align to PT or ET. Candidates in Santiago, Chile may work from our Santiago office as remote/hybrid employees. Candidates outside Santiago will be fully remote.
This role requires responsibility for managing the capacity and resource allocation of Managed Services squads, ensuring accurate tracking and forward‑looking forecasts, and delivering operational reporting.
