This role is primarily responsible for ensuring stable SAP operations, supporting business users, and continuously improving production planning and execution processes in a high‐paced operational environment.
The position works closely with local operations, North America stakeholders, key users, and global SAP teams to ensure system reliability, production efficiency, and user adoption.
Responsibilities
SAP Functional Support
• Support daily operations within SAP ECC Production Planning (PP) module.
• Analyze and resolve SAP‐related issues impacting production planning and execution processes.
• Ensure system stability and proper usage aligned with production and business requirements.
• Collaborate with global SAP teams for incident resolution and knowledge sharing.
