Gather and analyze development needs from different teams (eCommerce, Payments, Marketing, CRM, Operations, and Omnichannel).
Translate requirements into clear functional documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, flows, mockups, and high-level technical definitions.
Coordinate regression testing, UAT, and post-production validation to ensure site stability.
Communicate releases, enhancements, and new features to all involved teams.
Partner with Data & Analytics teams to measure feature performance, identify friction points, and propose continuous improvements.
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to define experiences and flows aligned with Comex omnichannel standards.
Qualifications
+5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in similar roles within eCommerce or high-traffic digital platforms.
