The Role

AMD is seeking an experienced legal professional to support direct and indirect materials contracting while serving as a key operational partner within the Procurement Legal function. This role reports to the Senior Director – Global Operations and Procurement.

This is a fast‑paced, high‑trust role requiring strong judgment and the ability to manage a high volume of work with minimal supervision. You will balance legal risk, business priorities, and speed while supporting procurement contracting and enabling efficient legal operations. In addition to hands‑on contracting, this role supports intake governance, practice management, and process improvements that help scale the function effectively.
